I really like Sephora's Face Eye Makeup Remover. It doesn't feel oily like the lancome removers

I have really sensitive skin, used a bunch of different drugstore brands  I like the Mary Kay one, doesn't irritate my skin at all!

I use Neutrogena Oil-free Eye Makeup Remover, it's great! Gets just about everything off. Mascara is a little harder to take off, but only if you have ALOT on.

Clinique Take the Day off & Sonia Kashuk's Make Up Remover.

Both are a two part solution that you have to shake before using. I find they're both amazing at removing waterproof & long lasting products..

Forever21 also sells packets of make up removers online as well as in store for less than $2. I use these as a preliminary make up remover and whatever is left, I use the liquid removers.
