so i have 5 tattoos && a few piercings, my mom flipped out ( doesn't even describe it all) lol but over the years she has gotten over it.... I think I can truly find out when my brother starts asking her her tattoos &&u piercings

my mom is super strict too .. ive gotten tattoos on my own and i feel bad about it but like wtf strict parents are the worst .. ill eventually tell her but whatever .. my best friend got her nipples pierced without her parents knowing because obvi you cant see them .. theres so many places in jersey or ny that you dont need anyone to sign for you. id say just go and do it but sometimes parents take going behind their back really really badly.

My mother is the same way and she's Dominican. I'm super scared to get a tattoo because in my family it's a disgrace to have a tatted daughter bc they're heavily religious but yet w guys its much passive. I think it has to do w the double standard of society.

OMGG Yesss my mum is ecuadorian and catholic, and she's the same way. I have two tattoos but she hasn't seen any yeet :/ but i have had about five piercing and she's freaked out about the first one. I just gave up showing her them now ahhh i'm hoping she'll get over them eventually.
