definitely H&M.
I see copies of Forever 21 stealing/copying/whatever off of other designs, and I think that's a load of crap. on top of that, their second hand materials are low quality.
bring back the Forever 21 that had made their own designs.

Cheaper same kinda clothes as H&M, somewhat lolz. But more of a variety. Yeah the stores are always messy but still! lolz
